I spent the first 30 years of my working life in the hospitality industry with the last 10 of those years as Director of U. S Operations for the Elephant & Castle Group. My interests in Real Estate started with the purchase of an investment property in 2004 and another in 2005. Prior to purchasing those homes, my wife and I took Real Estate investment classes at a local Real Estate school. In 2006 I made a career change and became a Realtor. I have been a full time Realtor since then, and never looked back. I have lived in the twin cities since 1963 and have resided in Minnetonka, St. Paul and Roseville. I currently live in a town home and have served on our association board of directors for over 20 years. I have been a "jogger" most of my life and started running more in 2007. I ran my first Twin Cities Marathon in 2008. I continue to run 5K's, 10K's, Half Marathon's and Marathons. The Half Marathon is my favorite. My wife and I enjoy traveling, scuba diving and dancing. I also enjoy camping with our kid's and grand kids. (Yes, I still sleep in a tent on the ground - ok with an air mattress or roll out.)

The last 2 years have been challenging for home buyers. With higher interest rates some buyer’s have left the market leaving buyer’s and seller’s on a more even footing.
